Angie Halama graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broad-Field Social Studies Secondary Education from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and earned her Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Technology at Grand Canyon University. Angie has taught grades 6-9 at various Charter and General Public Schools for the past 10 years. Angie is excited to share her love of Social Studies and learning with her students at FIT Academy as a Lead teacher and Social Studies teacher, and will continue to serve on the school board for FIT Academy. She believes in the whole child approach to education, and that bringing an emphasis to healthy lifestyles for our kids will create the ideal learning environment for our Southeast Metro students. Angie is a published author of a children’s book, loves gardening, reading, writing, and being with her family.
