FIT ABC Building Company
FIT Academy has established an ABC building company under the name :FIT Building Company”, a Minnesota registered non-profit. The Certificate of Incorporation for FIT Building Company was issued by the Minnesota Secretary of State on December 28, 2023, and Articles of Incorporation were dated December 28, 2023. The company received IRS Tax-Exempt status Effective December 28, 2023. The Board of Directors consists of Ed Cassidy, Eric Johnson, and Zac Bauer.
Board Meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:00pm at the FIT Academy District Office 7275 W. 147th Street, Room 105, Apple Valley. The new district office is across the street from the main school building. View or download the board calendar (below) for more information.
